Rotary is known globally for tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges, from eradicating polio to providing disaster relief. But some of the most meaningful change happens in our own neighborhoods. Here in South Lake County, we are focusing on what truly matters—supporting students, strengthening local businesses, and building a stronger, more connected community.
One of our key initiatives is providing scholarships for high school students. We believe that financial barriers should never limit a young person’s potential. Whether they are pursuing college, trade school, or specialized training, our goal is to help open doors to opportunity and success.
Beyond scholarships, we are dedicated to hands-on service projects that make a tangible difference—helping families in need, enhancing public spaces, and creating mentorship opportunities for young people. When we invest in our community, we invest in a better future for everyone.
More Than a Club—A Community

And unlike traditional service clubs, our satellite club offers flexibility. We understand that schedules are busy, and commitments vary. That’s why we provide multiple ways to get involved—whether through meetings, service projects, or special events. There is no one-size-fits-all approach; you can engage in a way that fits your life.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month for a structured meeting where we discuss projects, share ideas, and take action. On the third Tuesday of each month, we host a social event—an opportunity to connect, build friendships, and invite guests to learn more about Rotary in a relaxed setting.
Our meetings and events are held at Greenview Bar and Grill in Hidden Valley Lake—a welcoming space where conversation turns into action.
