Empowering Local Students. Supporting Local Needs.
Why We’re Investing in the Trades
South Lake County is built on resilience, resourcefulness, and real hands-on talent. From electricians and welders to mechanics and contractors, the skilled trades are the backbone of our local economy—and yet, they’re often overlooked in scholarship opportunities.
We believe that supporting students who want to build careers in the trades isn’t just generous—it’s essential. Our community needs these future professionals, and our young people need a clear path to meaningful, well-paying work that serves the place they call home.
These scholarships are for the builders, fixers, makers, and doers—the ones ready to work hard, learn a craft, and keep South Lake County running strong.
